The speakers will be considering the post Brexit implications on our regional workforce. They will examine the current exploitation of workers and the implementation of the Modern Slavery Act. In particular, there will be a focus on skills shortages in a candidate driven market, and possible solutions such as the employment of ex-offenders, an initiative supported by government and many large businesses.

The seminar will be concluded with a Question & Answer session.

8.00am arrival for bacon sandwiches with an 8.30am start. The seminar will last for 1 hour with a networking opportunity afterwards.
