A new Brazilian all-you-can-eat restaurant is opening - and the food looks amazing

A new authentic Brazilian restaurant with an all-you-can-eat buffet is coming to Beverley.
Estabulo Rodizio Bar and Grill will open in Flemingate in the middle of March with the restaurant promising to provide “delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat” served up by South American pasadors.
A spokesman for the chain, which has two restaurants in Leeds and another in Wakefield already, said: “We grill different fillings of meat and bring them round to the table.
All the meat is skewered and cooked slowly on open flames
“You have a disk that is red and green so when you want service you switch it to green and when you want a break you turn it to red.
“So essentially you can eat as much as you want for a fixed price.”
The eatery serves a host of traditional Brazilian meats, including picanha, which is a cap of rump, and bife do lombo, which is succulent sirloin steak.
The new restaurant will be based in Flemingate, Beverley
All the meat is skewered and cooked slowly on open flames before being delivered straight to diner’s tables.
The Beverley premises will be the fourth to open since the brand was invented two years ago.
The Rodizio style restaurant will face stiff competition from the already well established Chamas in Wednesday Market.

“It is pretty much exactly the same but we have more of a tailored menu and a bigger selection than other Brazilians,” a spokesman said.
“A lot of restaurants don’t keep to Brazilian traditions. The put a more European twist on it whereas we stick to it.
“All our pasadors are from South America and we really try to stick to traditional recipes.”
Work has been ongoing since last Friday to transform the Flemingate premises into a typical Brazilian diner.
The restaurant is also set to provide a jobs boost to Beverley with the firm looking to hire managers, head chefs, chefs and waiters ahead of the grand unveiling.
Estabulo will open in Beverley next month
The lunch menu will entitle you to eight prime cuts of meat for £14.95, whereas in the evening, you can get 15 cuts for £24.95.
Both of these come with all-you-can-eat sides as well as a gourmet salad and hot Brazilian buffet.
With just over a month to go until Estabulo opens, the restaurant is chomping at the bit to show Beverley exactly what it has to offer.
“We’re hiring all staff and we are really excited to actually get this restaurant open,” the spokesman said.

“We can’t wait to get it open and greet the Beverley community.
“The quality of food and the quality of the atmosphere are great. We get so many good ratings on TripAdvisor.
“The barbecue element is all about getting friends and family together and having a bit of party, and that is how we treat our restaurant.
“It will be all about socialising with great service, great company and great food.”
