Approval sought to change former butchers into sunbed and nail bar

By Scunthorpe Telegraph | Posted: 18 May 2017

A former butcher's shop in Scunthorpe could soon become a haven for tanning up.

For planning approval is being sought to change the use of the premises in Old Brumby Street into a sunbed and massage parlour and nail bar.

Local resident Christine Readhead plans to trade if given approval from 8am until 9pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holiday.

At present there are plans for only one full-time employee.
