Beercocks took home a clutch of awards at The ESTAS, the country’s most prestigious estate and letting agent awards.
The East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire-based agency received the Silver Award in the Best National Estate Agency Group and Silver Award in the Yorkshire Region for their Kingswood office.
Danielle Oaks, manager of the Kingswood office, won the People Award 2017 – with the top six estate agents in the country, from thousands of applicants, receiving an award for their outstanding service.
Robert Beercock, director of Beercocks, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS. It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance and without them we wouldn't be here.
“In this business customer service is extremely important and always will be. To be able to say thanks to our customers, as we have been voted the Best Estate Agency Group in East Yorkshire and the second Best Estate Agency Group in the Country, is a great honour.
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service and this proves we are delivering what we promise.”
The winners were announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, at a lavish luncheon and ceremony at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, in London.
Sponsored by Zoopla, the event attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
“This industry doesn’t get enough credit for the work it does in helping millions of customers around the UK and making their dreams come true and at The ESTAS we want to highlight that fact,” said Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003.
Addressing the audience, he added: “If you make it up on stage today you can leave in the knowledge that you’ve achieved the highest accolade our industry can offer.”
The awards, now in their 14th year, determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK based purely on feedback from customers – who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. More than 34,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.
