Leading technology business, IT@Spectrum, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the highest possible status under Canon's pan-European quality accreditation scheme for Information Management.
Adding to its portfolio of Managed Print Services, Advanced Office Imaging and Advanced Office Solutions certifications, the business becomes the first Canon Partner in the UK and Ireland to achieve the sought-after Information Management accreditation.
IT@Spectrum were able to demonstrate their consultative, services-led approach and their self-sufficiency in scoping, installing and supporting Canon’s advanced document workflow and management solutions. This helps their customers to achieve greater market differentiation, an enhanced customer understanding and ultimately, growth.
A delighted Ken Sturdy, Managing Director of IT@Spectrum, stated that “following an in-depth audit process, I am both proud and excited that we have achieved this recognition. We have worked hand-in-hand with Canon for over 30 years and we are honoured that the hard work and commitment of our team has been acknowledged in this way”.
The accreditation caps a hugely progressive year for the company. Already Canon’s 2015 and 2016 European Solutions Partner of the Year, the company has invested heavily in newly-built state-of-the-art offices on the outskirts of Hull and has ambitious plans for growth over the coming years. The significant effort that has been made to enhance the expertise within the team has not gone unnoticed.
Adam Poole, B2B Marketing Director at Canon UK commented, “We’re delighted to award IT@Spectrum with the IM accreditation. We have been working in true partnership with the team to develop their information management offering and have seen up close the hard work carried out on both a sales and technical level, in order to exceed customer expectations. We’d like to offer a huge congratulations for being our first partner in the UK and Ireland to achieve this accreditation – the commitment put in has been truly inspirational.”
The Canon Partner Programme aims to deliver support through a series of accreditation Programmes. These Programmes have been built to reflect the skills and market knowledge that Canon’s partners have developed within their specialist areas.
As a result of the ever-improving development within IT@Spectrum, particularly in the area of Information Management, the company are able to provide best-in-class, innovative solutions that enable customers to capture, manage, preserve, store and deliver the right information to the right people at the right time; all with the aim of improving operational efficiency.
