Five new dishes unveiled by seafood giant Young's
NEW DISH: One of the Gastro fish bake additions, unveiled at the start of Seafood Week.

FIVE new products have today been revealed by Grimsby giant Young’s as it embraces the launch of Seafood Week 2017.
The Ross House team’s Gastro brand will be expanded with new fish bakes and melting middle fish cakes.
Yvonne Adam, marketing director at Young’s Seafood, said: “As the UK’s leading fish and seafood manufacturer, our mission is to inspire people to love fish, and Seafood Week is an excellent opportunity to do just that. These new additions to our Gastro brand, which is the UK’s number one premium frozen fish brand, provide more great ways to enjoy restaurant quality fish straight from the freezer.”
The bakes all feature two fillets, with Spicy Tomato, Cheese and Leek and Broccoli Mornay sauce options, with the fish cakes offering Chunky Salmon with a classic lemon hollandaise and Chunky Cod with a creamy rocket Mornay.
The range will be available from major retailers in November.
