International software provider itim the latest to join the Humber Enterprise Park’s growing community

International software provider itim is the latest local business to join the Humber Enterprise Park, moving into groundfloor of the Buccaneer office after relocating from its previous residence in Victoria House in Hull.

itim specialises in providing software, solutions and services to help retailers run their businesses more efficiently in today’s multi-channel technological world. It’s impressive client list includes retail giants such as Debehams, The Fragrance Shop and Halfords.

The company’s new location in Brough adds to itim’s existing offices in London and Portugal, and brings with it the financial benefits that come with the Humber Enterprise Park’s Enterprise Zone status. The site’s tenants are exempt from business rates, a saving worth up to £275,000 over a five-year period, freeing up increased funds for itim to invest back into the business.

In combination with some of the lowest rents on modern office space in East Yorkshire, the Humber Enterprise Park provides significant financial incentives for its tenants, and offers the perfect home for companies with ambitions to expand.

Among many others, itim join existing Humber Enterprise Park tenants BAE Systems, Dearing Plastics and Humberside Fire & Rescue.
