The latest housing development in Barton will open its doors this weekend.
County-based Truelove Property & Construction will reveal five of its new homes at open day events on Saturday and Sunday. It follows the sale of the first phase of four luxury homes at the Humber View site off St Chad’s Way.
Director Barrie Truelove said: “We’re really excited to be able to welcome people to our latest phase of five homes at Barton. It’s such a lovely town and these stunning four-bedroom homes reflect that. This has been one of the most popular developments we’ve been involved with in recent years and we anticipate these homes will be snapped up quickly.
“Our open days are a great way to familiarise yourself with our style of building. We use traditional methods and local materials wherever possible. Those deciding to buy at this stage can have a great amount of influence on the overall look and feel of their home too. Buying a Truelove property is a bespoke experience, so come and have a chat with us to see what we can do to create a truly unique home.”
This is the second phase to be completed at Barton, Truelove is now set to build five more as part of a third and final stage at the site.
Visitors will be able to view the show home between 10am and 4pm on both open days. Representatives from Starkey & Brown will be on hand to answer potential buyers’ questions and to offer tours.
