Plans for 22 new homes in North Lincolnshire

By Scunthorpe Telegraph | Posted: 8 May 2017

PLANS have been submitted to build a new 22-home housing estate in the village of Wrawby.

If given approval, the development would take up three green fields and offer parking for 44 cars.

The Lincoln-based developers have told the planners that the site off Applefields would help support the level of service provision in Wrawby and help to ensure it remained viable.

The layout would also allow for natural surveillance and limit opportunity for criminal behaviour.

A centrally-located green would be provided for the new residents to overlook and there would be clearly-defined links to the public footpath.
