O2 business customers across the UK have been invited to take part in a customer service survey delivered by SMS. The results are now in and we are now celebrating that our award-winning team of mobile experts team scored 98% placing us in the position of No 1 for our delivery of customer service.
The One Point was awarded O2 Direct (small) Partner of the Year in 2016 following awards in 2015 for Customer Excellence and Digital Excellence and continue to strive to provide a stellar service to our customers.
